Key Responsibilities:
- Communication Management: Act as the first point of contact for the company, managing all emails and phone calls to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Online System Management: Oversee our online system's backend, ensuring data accuracy, security, and timely updates.
- Live Delivery Coordination: Monitor live deliveries, addressing any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless operations.
- Complaint Handling: Efficiently manage customer complaints, aiming for swift and empathetic resolutions to uphold our reputation for excellence.
- Supplier Relationship Maintenance: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, managing contracts and negotiations to support the company’s supply chain.
- Administrative Support: Offer comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, report preparation, and other tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (with flexibility as required).
