Beigel Bake is a vibrant, community-focused bakery known for its beigels and pastries; warm atmosphere, and outstanding customer service. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff Member to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers with a smile, take orders with accuracy, and provide recommendations from our menu to enhance their dining experience. Taking orders will require you to be able to add up orders in your head.

- Food Preparation & Presentation: Assist in the preparation of bakery items, ensuring each items meets our high standards of quality and presentation before it reaches the customer.

- Efficient Operation: Work effectively within the team to ensure orders are fulfilled promptly, managing multiple tasks without compromising on the quality of service.

- Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization within the front of house area, adhering to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.

- Flexibility: Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including day shifts, evening shifts, and weekends, to meet the needs of our bakery.

Requirements:

- Language Skills: Must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing, to effectively interact with customers and team members.

- Customer-Oriented: A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to provide guests with an exceptional dining experience.

- Team Player: Ability to work co-operatively in a team-oriented environment, with a can-do attitude and willingness to help in areas beyond direct assignments when necessary.

- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service, retail, or food service role is preferred but not essential. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn above all.

- Eligibility: Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
